Ideal delegate numbers vary, depending on the topic. For example, for presentation skill training, we limit no's to 6 – 8, so that each delegate receive full trainer attention (including video) whereas for certain management topics, working in a group of up to 14 allows delegates to engage and learn from each other, as well as the trainer.
